Here at Be Well, we appreciate the dialogue with our partners, our patients, their caregivers, and family members. We will be happy to help them with the following areas that we are responsible for:
Medical supplies that we have in stock or usually carry;
Estimated times for the deliveries;
Size guides for the items;
Whether or not we are authorized for some service.
At the same time, for reasons beyond our control and due to the legislation regulations, we are not the right place to address the following questions:
Medicaid/Medicare eligibility;
Return/exchange of the items that you accumulated over a period of time, items that we unpacked, wheelchairs that were provided more than 4 years ago;
Quantity of the items that we send;
Change of the size of some of the items, including disposable protective underwear.
